Need a hand with CheckFlow? Start with the guides and FAQ below. If you still have a question, our team is happy to help.

Getting started

1. Register your shop

Open the app, tap ‘Register new store’ and enter your email. You'll receive a magic link to sign in as admin — no password needed.

2. Build your first checklist

Go to Manage, create a checklist and add items. Turn on ‘Require photo’ or ‘Require comment’ where you need proof, and set daily completion if it must be done every day.

3. Invite your staff

Add a staff member and share the QR code or invite link. They join instantly by opening it — no account setup required.

4. Run checks and export

Staff tap OK / NG / N/A and attach photos or notes. Admins review the history and export a PDF report or CSV in one tap.

Frequently asked questions

How do I log in? I don't see a password field.
CheckFlow uses passwordless login. Admins enter their registered email and receive a magic link to sign in. Staff simply open the invite link or scan the QR code sent by their admin.
How do staff members join?
An admin creates the staff member and shares a QR code or invite link. Opening the link on their phone adds them to the team — no password or separate sign-up.
Can I require a photo or comment on a check?
Yes. When editing a checklist item, turn on ‘Require photo’ and/or ‘Require comment’. Staff won't be able to complete that item without providing the required proof.
How do the export files work?
From the history screen, tap the share button to generate a PDF report or a CSV file. You can print, save to Files, or send it to anyone from the standard share sheet.
What are the unfinished-check notifications?
If a checklist is set to require daily completion and isn't finished by end of day, the admin receives a push notification. You can also send a test notification from Settings.
Is my data shared between different shops?
No. Each shop's data is isolated. Only the members you invite to a shop can see that shop's checklists and history.
How much does CheckFlow cost?
There is a free tier to get started, plus paid Standard and Business subscriptions with more capacity. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store, tap your account, choose Subscriptions and manage or cancel CheckFlow there.
