CheckFlow ("the app", "we") is a business checklist service operated by netflowers. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. CheckFlow syncs your data to our own server so your team can share checklists and history across devices.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service: your email address (used for admin login), your shop and staff names, the checklist records you create — including check results, attached photos and comments — and a device token used to deliver push notifications. We do not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored on our own dedicated server (checkflow.biz) located in Japan. A local copy is also cached on your device so the app works smoothly. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.

Third parties and payments

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment card details. Push notifications are delivered via Apple's notification service.

Children's privacy

CheckFlow is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.

Deleting your data & contact

You can delete your account at any time, which removes your associated data from our server. If you have questions about this policy or want to request deletion, contact us at info@netflowers.co.jp.
