What do I need to get started?
Register your site with an email address, build a checklist and invite your staff. That's all three steps, and together they take about five minutes.
Do I have to hand out accounts to my staff?
No. Staff join by scanning a QR code or opening a link. There are no passwords to issue and nothing to reset when someone forgets theirs.
Can I require a photo on a checklist item?
Yes. Photo attachments and comments can be made mandatory item by item, so you can build checklists that can't be cleared with a tick alone.
Can records be produced as a report?
Yes. Export any completed record to PDF or CSV in one tap. Photos, comments, time stamps and the person who ran the check are all included, so it works as is for head-office reporting, audits or a food safety inspection.
Will I know when an inspection has been missed?
