What do I need to get started?

Do I need to hand out accounts to my staff?

No. Staff join by scanning a QR code or opening a link. There are no passwords to issue and nothing to reset when someone forgets theirs.

Can I require a photo on an inspection item?

Yes. Photo attachments and comments can be made compulsory item by item, so you can build sheets that can't be cleared with a tick alone.

Can records be produced as a report?

Yes. Export any completed record to PDF or CSV in a single tap. Photos, comments, timestamps and the person who carried out the check are all included, so it works as it is for head-office reporting, audits or environmental health inspections.

Will I spot an inspection that's been missed?

Admins are notified whenever a check is left unfinished, so you can see what's still outstanding before locking up.
