What do I need to get started?
Register your store with an email address, build a checklist, and invite your staff. Those three steps are all it takes, and they run about five minutes end to end.
Do I have to hand out accounts to my staff?
No. Staff join by scanning a QR code or opening a link. There are no passwords to issue and nothing to reset when somebody forgets one.
Can I force a photo on a checklist item?
Yes. Photo attachments and comments can be made mandatory item by item, so you can build checklists that can't be cleared with a check mark alone.
Can I turn records into a report?
Yes. Export any completed record to PDF or CSV in one tap. Photos, comments, timestamps, and the person who ran the check are included, so it works as is for head-office reporting, audits, or health inspections.
Will I notice when an inspection gets skipped?
Admins are notified whenever a check goes unfinished, so you can see what's still outstanding before close.
Does it cost anything?
CheckFlow is free to start. The paid plan unlocks unlimited checklists, staff management, multiple locations, and PDF and CSV export. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled any time from your App Store account settings.
