Runtime that follows the load
A generator's runtime is not a fixed number on a spec sheet. Add up the appliances you are actually running and GenRun estimates how many hours the fuel in the tank is good for, and updates that estimate when the load changes.
A refuel time, not just a countdown
GenRun shows the clock time you will need to top off, so you can plan the walk out to the gas cans in daylight instead of guessing in the dark.
Countdown on the Lock Screen
A Live Activity keeps the countdown on the Lock Screen and warns you while there is still fuel in the tank, so the generator stops when you choose rather than in the middle of the night.
A load-dependent burn curve
An engine burns a large share of its fuel just spinning. The common shortcut of dividing rated runtime by load percentage badly oversells a lightly loaded unit, so GenRun models a no-load loss plus a load-proportional term instead of a flat gallons-per-hour figure.
It learns your machine
Log your real refuels and GenRun works out your unit's own burn rate. Engines drift away from the manufacturer's figure as they age, and a generator that has sat through a few winters is not the machine it was new.
Gasoline, diesel and propane
Gallons or liters, whichever you think in. Propane is tracked by weight, the way tanks are actually filled. Includes a Home Screen widget. iPhone only.

help you plan refuelling, not a guarantee. Never refuel a running or hot
generator, and follow the manufacturer's instructions. All data stays on
device and no sensor is required.
