Privacy Policy

TrashLive keeps only what it needs to put your trash day on your Lock Screen. There's no signup, no login, and no screen that asks for your name or your address. Here is exactly what travels to our server at https://trushlive.netflowers.jp.

What we send and store: a randomly generated device ID (user_id) created by the app, your collection schedule (days, weeks, dates, and the type names you typed in), the time you want the note displayed, the note color, your app language, your time zone, and the push notification token needed to draw the Lock Screen note. If you use household sharing, the nickname you chose for the group and the record of who marked a pickup done are stored too. What we never send: your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or location. There are no accounts to register and nothing to log into. We do not use any of this for advertising, do not sell it to third parties, and do not track your behavior. The random device ID does not identify you personally — it exists only so your own schedule reaches your own iPhone.

Questions about privacy, or want your stored data deleted? Write to info@netflowers.co.jp. Ask for deletion and we'll erase your schedule and notification token from the server.
