Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

PianoStar (the "App") is developed by netflowers. We designed the App so that your personal data stays with you. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.

Data we collect

The App does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not track you. Microphone audio is processed to follow and score your piano performance; recordings are saved only on your device.

Storage of your data

Practice records, scores, recordings, and imported sheet music are stored locally on your device. Deleting the App deletes this data. You can also delete individual recordings and pieces inside the App at any time.

Third-party processing

When you photograph paper sheet music, the image is sent to our score-recognition server solely to convert it into digital notation. Images are processed for recognition and are not used for any other purpose. No other data leaves your device.

Everyone's privacy

The App is designed to be safe for every member of the family: no ads, no social features, no account, and no personal data collection. Guardians can review all stored data directly on the device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App gains new features. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date.
