What range can VoiceRangeFinder measure?
VoiceRangeFinder measures vocal pitch from C2 (about 65 Hz) to C6 (about 1047 Hz). Hold each note steadily for 0.5, 1.0, or 1.5 seconds while we measure. Most voices fall well within this range.
Does VoiceRangeFinder record my voice?
No. VoiceRangeFinder listens to your microphone in real time to detect the pitch of your voice, but it does not record, save, or upload any audio. Once we measure the pitch, the sound itself is discarded immediately. Your measurements stay on your device only.
Is my voice data private?
Absolutely. Every measurement you take remains on your iPhone. There is no account, no server, and no sync. Nothing about your voice ever leaves your device. We collect zero data. This is a musical measurement tool, not a medical assessment. Please do not strain your voice to reach notes you cannot sing comfortably.
