PondCheck: Pool Leak TestPrivacy Policy
PondCheck is built to work without knowing anything about you. There's no account, no login and no profile. Your tests, measurements and notes stay on your iPhone and are not uploaded anywhere.
We don't collect, store or share any personal data. The app has no analytics SDK, no advertising identifier, no crash reporting and no third-party tracking of any kind. Everything you enter stays in the app's own storage on your device, and deleting the app deletes it too. The one optional exception is rainfall. If you ask PondCheck to look up rainfall for your test period, it can use your location once for that request. The coordinates are rounded to two decimal places before being sent to the weather service, and the app doesn't keep them afterwards. You can decline the location permission and keep using PondCheck — you just enter or ignore rainfall yourself.
