FAQ

Does PinTally need a bowling center account or sensors?

No. PinTally is a manual scorekeeper — you tap the pins you knocked down and it does the arithmetic. It works in any house, on any lane, with no account or hardware required.

How does the tenth frame bonus work?

PinTally follows official tenpin bowling rules. If you strike or spare in the tenth frame, you get bonus balls, and the pad only offers pins that are actually available to knock down, so you can't enter an impossible score.

Where is my game history stored?

Every game you finish is saved to your history on your device, including strikes, spares, open frames, and any notes you add. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Do I need an internet connection?

No. PinTally works fully offline. There are no sensors, no bowling-center account, and no sign-up required.

Is PinTally a subscription?

No. PinTally is a one-time purchase. Pay once and keep scoring your games with no ads and no recurring fees.
