This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS app MoonNow handles user information. In short: MoonNow does not collect any user information.

MoonNow does not collect, store or transmit any data, including personal information. Location, when granted, is used only on-device to compute the moon's position and is never sent off the device or saved anywhere outside it. Every feature still works without granting Location access, by entering a place by hand instead. The app makes no network connections at all: no analytics, no advertising, and no data is shared with any third party. No account or sign-in is required. Because MoonNow collects no personal information from any user, including children under 13, it is safe for use by children. This policy was last updated on 23 August 2026.
