Privacy Policy (English)
This Privacy Policy explains how VirtualAnchor ("the App", "we", "us")
handles your information. VirtualAnchor is an anchor-watch app that helps you monitor how far
your boat drifts from an anchor point and alerts you if it moves beyond a range you choose.
It is also useful for fishing, sailing, surfing, and SUP position keeping.
Summary: VirtualAnchor processes your location entirely on your
device to measure drift distance, speed, and heading. We do not
collect, transmit, sell, or share your location or personal data with us or any third party.
We operate no servers that receive your data and use no advertising or analytics SDKs.
1. Information We Process

Location data (GPS). The App uses your device's location to calculate the
distance, speed, and direction your boat has drifted from the anchor point you set, to draw
your track on the map, and to trigger a drift alert when you move beyond your chosen alert
radius. To keep watching while the app is in the background (for example, while you sleep at
anchor), the App may use location in the background. This location data is processed only on
your device and is never sent to us or any third party.

Apple Watch. If you use the Apple Watch app, distance, speed, and heading
values are sent from your iPhone to your paired Apple Watch over Apple's local device-to-device
connection so you can see them on your wrist. This data stays between your own devices.

Purchases (subscriptions). Premium is an auto-renewable subscription handled
entirely by Apple through the App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment
information. Apple processes the transaction; please see

Notifications. The App sends local notifications and voice alerts on your
device (for example, a drift alert). These are generated locally and are not sent through our servers.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, account, advertising identifier, or any
analytics. We do not track you across other apps or websites. The App contains no third-party
advertising or analytics SDKs.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
Settings such as your alert radius, unit preferences, and the number of free anchors used today
are stored locally on your device. They are removed when you delete the App.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. The only data transfers are: (a) between your
own iPhone and Apple Watch, and (b) subscription transactions handled by Apple. No data is sent to us.
5. Children's Privacy
VirtualAnchor is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
6. Your Choices
You can enable or disable location access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security
> Location Services on your device. Note that the core anchor-watch feature requires
location access to function. You can manage or cancel your subscription in
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the
latest revision.

本プライバシーポリシーは、VirtualAnchor（以下「本アプリ」）が、お客様の情報を
どのように取り扱うかについて説明するものです。VirtualAnchor は、設定したアンカー（錨）地点からの
漂流（走錨）を監視し、指定した範囲を超えて動いた場合に警告するアンカーウォッチ・アプリです。
釣り・ヨット・サーフィン・SUP のポジションキープにもご利用いただけます。
概要： VirtualAnchor は、漂流距離・速度・方位を計算するために、お客様の位置情報を
すべて端末内で処理します。位置情報および個人データを、当社または第三者へ
収集・送信・販売・共有することは一切ありません。お客様のデータを受信するサーバーは
運用しておらず、広告やアナリティクスの SDK も使用していません。
1. 取り扱う情報

位置情報（GPS）。 本アプリは、設定したアンカー地点からの漂流距離・速度・方位の
算出、地図上への航跡の描画、および指定したアラート範囲を超えた際の警告のために、端末の位置情報を
使用します。アプリがバックグラウンドにある間（例：停泊中に就寝しているとき）も監視を継続するため、
バックグラウンドで位置情報を使用する場合があります。これらの位置情報は端末内でのみ処理され、
当社や第三者へ送信されることはありません。

Apple Watch。 Apple Watch アプリをご利用の場合、距離・速度・方位の値が、
Apple のローカルなデバイス間接続を通じて iPhone から Apple Watch へ送信され、手元で確認できます。
このデータはお客様ご自身の端末間にとどまります。

購入（サブスクリプション）。 Premium は、App Store / StoreKit を通じて
Apple が処理する自動更新サブスクリプションです。当社がお客様の決済情報を受領・保存することは

通知。 本アプリは、端末上でローカル通知および音声アラート（例：走錨警告）を
発します。これらは端末内で生成され、当社のサーバーを経由しません。
2. 収集しない情報
当社は、氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先・写真・アカウント・広告識別子・各種アナリティクスを収集しません。
他のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいでお客様を追跡することもありません。本アプリには第三者の広告 SDK や
アナリティクス SDK は含まれていません。
3. データの保存方法
アラート範囲、単位設定、本日使用した無料アンカー回数などの設定は、お客様の端末内にローカルに保存されます。
本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。
4. データの共有
当社は、お客様の個人データを販売・貸与・共有しません。データのやり取りは、(a) お客様ご自身の iPhone と
Apple Watch の間、(b) Apple が処理するサブスクリプション取引、のみです。当社へデータが送信されることは
ありません。
5. お子様のプライバシー
VirtualAnchor は 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としておらず、お子様の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
6. お客様の選択
位置情報へのアクセスは、端末の「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「位置情報サービス」
からいつでも有効・無効にできます。なお、アンカーウォッチの中核機能は位置情報へのアクセスを必要とします。
サブスクリプションの管理・解約は、「設定」＞「Apple ID」＞「サブスクリプション」から
行えます。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新することがあります。上部の「最終更新日」が最新の改訂を示します。
