プライバシーポリシー

netflowers（以下「当社」）は、ポモドーロ集中タイマーアプリ「Cadento」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を収集・追跡しないことを基本方針としています。

1. 当社が収集する情報

当社は、本アプリを通じて利用者の個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。本アプリには、第三者の解析・広告・トラッキングのためのSDKを使用していません。

2. アプリ内で扱うデータ

集中セッションの履歴、タスク、実績バッジ、各種設定などのデータは、利用者の端末内に保存されます。利用者がiCloudを有効にしている場合、これらのデータは利用者自身のプライベートな iCloud（CloudKit プライベートデータベース）を通じて利用者のデバイス間でのみ同期されます。当社はこれらのデータにアクセスできません。

3. 通知

本アプリの通知はすべて端末内で生成されるローカル通知です。通知のために外部サーバーへ情報を送信することはありません。

4. 購入処理

サブスクリプションおよび買い切り購入（Cadento Pro）は Apple の App Store を通じて処理されます。決済情報は Apple が取り扱い、当社が受け取ることはありません。詳しくは Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、年齢を問わず安心してご利用いただけます。

6. ポリシーの変更

当社は本ポリシーを必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページにて告知します。

利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本アプリの利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. ライセンス

当社は利用者に対し、本アプリを私的な目的で利用するための、譲渡不能・非独占的なライセンスを付与します。

2. サブスクリプションと購入

Cadento Pro は月額・年額の自動更新サブスクリプション、または買い切り（ライフタイム）として提供されます。
料金は購入確定時に Apple ID アカウントへ請求されます。
サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間以上前に自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
無料トライアルが付与される場合、未使用分はトライアル期間中に有料購読を購入すると失効します。
購読の管理・解約は、App Store の「サブスクリプション」設定からいつでも行えます。
買い切り（ライフタイム）は一度のお支払いで、当該 Apple ID で Pro 機能を継続利用できます。

3. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、特定目的への適合性を含むいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

4. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。

5. Apple の標準ライセンス契約

App Store で配信されるアプリとして、本アプリの利用には Apple の Licensed Application End User License Agreement も適用されます。

Privacy Policy

netflowers ("we") respects your privacy in the Pomodoro focus-timer app "Cadento" (the "App"). Our core principle is that we do not collect or track your personal information.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information through the App. The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

2. Data handled in the App

Your focus-session history, tasks, achievement badges, and settings are stored on your device. If you enable iCloud, this data syncs only between your own devices through your private iCloud (CloudKit private database). We cannot access this data.

3. Notifications

All notifications are local notifications generated on your device. No information is sent to external servers for notifications.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases (Cadento Pro) are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple and is never received by us. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.

5. Children's privacy

Because the App collects no personal data, it is safe for users of all ages.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.

2. Subscriptions and purchases

Cadento Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time (lifetime) purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro features for the associated Apple ID.

3. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

4. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan.

5. Apple's standard EULA

As an app distributed via the App Store, use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
