1. はじめに

本アプリは、水泳のスタート反応速度の練習・計測を目的とした iPhone / iPad および Apple Watch 向けアプリです。提供者（以下「当方」といいます）は、 利用者のプライバシーを尊重し、本ポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。

2. 取得・保存する情報

2-1. 練習記録

本アプリは、利用者が行ったスタート練習の結果として、次の情報を端末内に保存します。

• 計測日時
• 反応時間（秒）
• フライング（スタート音より前の反応）の有無

これらの情報は利用者の端末内（iPhone / iPad / Apple Watch）にのみ保存され、 当方を含む第三者が閲覧・取得することはできません。端末間での同期も行いません。

2-2. モーション（加速度）センサー

「モーション計測」を選択した場合、本アプリは反応の検知のために端末の加速度センサーの値を利用します。 このセンサー情報はリアルタイムの動き検知のみに使用し、保存・記録・送信は一切行いません。

2-3. 音声・マイク

本アプリは「Take your marks」の号令やスタート音を再生しますが、これらは端末内で合成・生成されるものです。 本アプリはマイクを使用せず、利用者の音声を録音・収集することはありません。

3. 情報の利用目的

端末内に保存される練習記録は、次の目的でのみ利用されます。

• ベスト記録・平均反応時間・フライング回数・試行回数の表示
• 練習履歴の一覧表示

これらの処理はすべて利用者の端末内で完結します。

4. 第三者への提供・外部送信

本アプリは、利用者の情報を当方を含む第三者へ提供・送信しません。 また、本アプリは以下を一切利用していません。

• ネットワーク通信（外部サーバーとの送受信）
• アクセス解析・行動分析ツール
• 広告配信・広告識別子（IDFA など）
• アカウント登録・ログイン機能

5. 情報の削除

練習記録は、本アプリの「記録」画面から個別に削除できます。 また、本アプリを端末から削除（アンインストール）すると、端末内に保存された記録もすべて削除されます。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、お子様が利用する場合でも個人情報が取得・送信されることはありません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

The App is an iPhone / iPad and Apple Watch application designed to help users practice and measure their swimming start reaction times. The provider (the "We") respects your privacy and handles information in accordance with this Policy.

2. Information We Store

2-1. Practice Records

The App stores the following information on your device as the result of each start practice:

• Date and time of measurement
• Reaction time (in seconds)
• Whether a false start (reaction before the start sound) occurred

This information is stored only on your device (iPhone / iPad / Apple Watch) and cannot be accessed or retrieved by us or any third party. It is not synced across devices.

2-2. Motion (Accelerometer) Sensor

If you select "Motion" measurement mode, the App uses your device's accelerometer to detect movement. This sensor data is used only for real-time motion detection and is never stored, recorded, or transmitted.

2-3. Audio / Microphone

The App plays a "Take your marks" voice cue and a start sound, both of which are synthesized and generated on-device. The App does not use the microphone and does not record or collect your voice.

3. How Information Is Used

The practice records stored on your device are used only to:

• Display your best record, average reaction time, false-start count, and number of attempts
• Display a list of your practice history

All processing is performed entirely on your device.

4. Sharing and External Transmission

The App does not share or transmit your information to us or any third party. The App does not use any of the following:

• Network communication (sending or receiving data with external servers)
• Analytics or behavioral tracking tools
• Advertising or advertising identifiers (such as IDFA)
• Account registration or login features

5. Deleting Your Information

You can delete individual practice records from the "Records" screen of the App. Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently delete all records stored on it.

6. Children's Privacy

Because the App does not collect any personal information, no personal information is obtained or transmitted even when the App is used by children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as necessary. Any changes become effective when posted on this page.
